SHE'S HERE!!!

Ava Paulina Domanico made her grand debut on April 14, 2009 at 12:48 pm.

She weighed in at 8.1 lbs, and is 20 inches long.

We had a lonnnnnnnnnnnng labor- 25 hours, including 3 hours of active pushing and 2 hours of resting between pushing. We saw her head and the doctor came in several times to "catch the baby" and she just could not get around my pelvic bone! So, after all that, I had a c-section.

We came home Friday evening and except for a little jaundice, she has been perfectly on target. We got the call today and her levels are fine now, so we are in the clear!

Hey everybody! Today was my due date, but here I be, still pregnant!

We've been walking a ton and eating lots of spicy foods, but no action yet.

Yesterday, I met my sister and niece at Peace Valley Park for some good old fashioned walking. Here are a few photos we snapped.

Yesterday was Lis and George's wedding! The ceremony and reception were beautiful, we're so excited for them!!!!!

After the church, there was large gap, so we came back home. Stretch and I snuggled up and relaxed until it was time to leave again. He loves spooning Ava girl!

I want to extend a huge thank you to local photographer, Angela Pursell.
She and I exchanged photo sessions, and by doing that, we were able to document this amazing amazing time in our lives. I am going to take this weekend and decide what to order and to create a coffee table book, I am so excited!

We're Taking the World by Storm...

One day at a time! My sister recently started a website called Mama Cheaps. It's a website dedicated to helping mommies save money. It has national appeal with a local flare- she highlights local businesses/events/sales, etc.

NBC10 heard about it and within a week scheduled a televeision interview with her! She invited me to come be an off camera support and I got a little camera time with her and Lily. She also subtly plugged Photography by Caitlin Domanico a few times:)

It will air Friday, March 27 at 5 and 11pm on the NBC 10 news. Make sure you tune in!
